How much is a monthly subscription box?
The Anchored Purpose Box costs $49 a month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you have already been billed, then your box is already on its way to you. However, if you have not yet been billed for your next box, you can cancel at any time. For help managing your subscription, contact us by email at customerservice@anchoredpurposebox.com
When will my box ship?
Where’s my box?
We may experience issues with our supply line. If you haven’t received your box within 10 days of the start of the month, please contact us for help by emailing us at customerservice@anchoredpurposebox.com

All items are all social goods and go to supporting the local population.
Where do the items in the box come from?
How much money goes to good causes?
For each box you purchase, $5 is shared among charitable organizations.
- $3 goes to Hope International
- $1 goes to Feed My Starving Children
- $1 goes to charity: water
All our items are social goods and ethically sourced. With direct trade items, the farmers, artisanal miners and processors who sell their products receive every penny of the sale price because we work directly with the merchants. With social good items, “you can be sure it was made according to rigorous social, environmental, and economic Fair Trade standards, and the farmers, workers, and fishermen behind it earn additional money from your purchase to empower and uplift their communities.” Learn more at Fair Trade Certified.
Can I give a box or a subscription as a gift?
Of course! Our ethically sourced boxes make the perfect gift! Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address of your gift recipient when you set up your order and we’ll do the rest.
If you want to change or add a new delivery address to your next order we ask that you contact us before you are billed for the next box to allow us enough time to adjust your delivery. Contact us by email at customerservice@anchoredpurposebox.com
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE within the Continental United States.
